Designed Gravel Riding or XC Racing. Rimpact Gravel/XC will solve the issue of having to run thin and light tyres at lower pressure whilst also trying to maintain rolling speed and puncture resistance. By allowing you to run lower pressures to gain more traction whilst retaining bottom out resistance you can push as hard as you can on the track or in the back country without fear.
Please Note: There is a 'No Valves Required' product option available in the drop down menu that ships without valves for those who are replacing a set of inserts and already own a pair of Rimpact Unblockable Valves. Rimpact must be used in conjunction to our valve design, or a Insert specific valves such as Peaty's MK2 valves.
Suitable for but compatible with any rim with an inner width of 20mm - 30mm and tyre widths 40c -55c or 1.5"-2.35". (Keep in mind that the difficulty of fitting increases dramatically the narrower your rims and tyres are). Insert is available in 27.5"/650b, 700c/29" or 26", other custom options available like Mullet or 24", please get in touch for these. Hookless Rims are compatible but if you run close to min or max pressures recommended by the rim and tyre manufacturer, the rim will struggle to hold the tyre in place due to the hookless design. Use about 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle to ensure the extra surface area of the insert is coated with plenty of fluid to spare. Our inserts are closed cell and cannot absorb liquid however some sealant will cling to the outside of the insert requiring a slightly higher dosage. It can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tyre.

Returns and Warranty Policy
Returns Policy if Purchased Direct from RimpactMTB.com:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted our customer service team for a reference number. Our email is customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds When Purchased Via RimpactMTB.com (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact customerservice@rimpactmtb.com for a returns reference and postage address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty:
If you believe the item has failed prematurely or is defective upon receipt and would like to peruse a warranty claim, please contact customerservice@rimpactmtb.com and let us know. For instances where the product was purchased through an approved retailer – please contact the retailer as a first port of call. The retailer will then contact Rimpact directly on admin@rimpactmtb.com and await instructions.
Rimpact PRO and Original carry a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase which covers manufacturer defects or premature failure. It does not cover misuse or damage as a result of incorrect installation. More information is available on our website, www.rimpactmtb.com.
Refunds When Purchased from an Approved Rimpact Stockist:
